Ugh, it’s that time of year!

That’s right. I’m not talking about sugar cookies, presents, Christmas lights and kissing under the mistletoe, I’m talking about the Flu! Yup, the Grinch that stole Christmas, it’s back.

Don’t forget to get your Flu vaccination!

Symptoms of this nasty Grinchy Flu include:

A 100′ F or higher fever or feeling feverish (not everyone with the flu has a fever)
A cough and/or sore throat
A runny or stuffy nose
Headaches and/or body aches
Chills
Fatigue
Nausea, vomiting, and/or diarrhea (most common in children)

The “seasonal flu season” in the United States can begin as early as October and last as late as May.
